Thermal transfer is a marking technique that involves thermally welding a logo into a given material. Initially, the logo is prepared on special transfer paper, which is then transferred to the marked surface using a thermal press that generates a high temperature - approximately 150 °C.
The print is made in pantone colors (C palette), without the possibility of obtaining tonal transitions. Each color is priced separately.
Advantages of thermal transfer:
- Cleanliness of the print edges - thermal transfer ensures high color saturation, thanks to which the applied prints have clean and clear edges
- Multicolor prints - this technique allows for multicolor prints, which traditional screen printing techniques do not allow, and the image is characterized by very high color fidelity
- Durability - the use of thermal bonding of the transfer material makes the print durable for years
- Precision - due to the high quality and cleanness of the print edges, this method allows for precise and aesthetic application of logos
