How to place an order?

1. Product calculation

Initially, please send an inquiry regarding the valuation of the product/products you have selected.
This can be done in two ways:
- press the blue button "ask for price", which appears under the description of each product.
- send an email to: info@lumagadzety.pl or kasia@lumagadzety.pl.
In the content, provide: product code and name, quantity, type of marking, number of print colors, contact details of the ordering party (email, phone). Please also send us your logo/graphic design to help calculate printing costs.

2. Placing an order

Orders should be placed via email to: info@lumagadzety.pl or kasia@lumagadzety.pl. The content should include: product code and name, quantity, type of marking, number of print colors, contact details of the ordering party (email, phone number, company details). Please also attach correspondence regarding the product/products we are pricing. If you have not previously sent us logos/graphic designs, please send them in vector form, in the following file formats: .eps, .ai, .cdr. After receiving them, we verify and confirm the price or inform you about its change.

3. Realization

After placing the order and after you accept the visualization and costs, please provide the data for the proforma invoice and the shipping address of the order. In response, we undertake to send confirmation of the commencement of the realization by e-mail.
The first two corrections are included in the price, the next ones are payable PLN 30 net/visualization. In the event of cancellation of the order, LumaGadżety may charge the costs of the graphic work performed.
